The website does not include a contact form and does not collect personal data through it. If you contact us by phone, email or Instagram, we only process the data you provide us in that direct communication. Technical data (IP address, cookies) may be processed while using the site in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to organize a photoshoot (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing newsletters and do not sell it to third parties.
Use of photographs and copyright
The terms for copyright, delivery of files, and any advertising use of images (including publishing recognizable faces) are agreed when contracting each project. Photos showing recognizable faces are only published with consent provided.
Retention period
Data received through direct communication (call, email or Instagram) is retained for as long as needed to process your enquiry and organize the photoshoot, or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Requests can be sent to themirchevphotography@gmail.com.
Third parties
Enquiries are handled directly by phone, email or Instagram, outside of the website. The site currently does not use advertising or analytics tracking technologies. If any are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
