These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between The Mirchev Photography (hereinafter the “Photographer”) and clients booking photography services.

Booking and reserving a date

A date is considered reserved once confirmed by both parties. Any deposit terms, as well as the policy for postponement or cancellation, are agreed individually before the photoshoot.

Rented studio

The Photographer does not have a fixed studio of their own. When needed, they help choose a rented studio; the rental price is agreed in advance and is paid separately by the client.

Delivery of results and timelines

The basic portrait package is delivered within 10 days of the photoshoot. The delivery method is agreed in advance; for advertising projects, timelines are agreed based on scope.

Copyright and use of images

Copyright in the photos belongs to the Photographer unless otherwise agreed. The terms for personal and/or advertising use of the images, as well as consent to publish recognizable faces, are settled when contracting each project.

Payment

Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer / Revolut, as agreed. Prices and payment timelines are agreed individually for each project before the photoshoot.

Packages and additional services

The basic portrait package includes 15 professionally edited photos, delivered within 10 days of the photoshoot. Optionally available: RAW files for an extra charge of €10 per photo, and extended retouching for an extra charge of €5 per photo. The scope of advertising projects is defined individually based on the goal.
